BAMEO breaks down musicality into you guessed it... 5 Elements of Texture. This helps musicality to become much more accessible to dancers of all levels and experience. Ben and Cameo will guide you through each element, along with exercises to create your own voice and connection to music as effectively as possible.

Learn the skills you'll need to master this fun but challenging move that has become a mainstay of social and competitive West Coast Swing! The intensive will delve into the fundamental mechanics for both leaders and followers, as well as exploring alternative entrances and exits. Ideally, please sign up with a partner! While we do encourage rotation during the class, to ensure a balanced number of leaders and followers, we kindly ask that you sign up with someone in the opposite dance role.

Country Swing is a community based dance influenced by, but not limited to , traditional and regional dance styles that find commonality in a foundational West Coast and two-step pattern.
Country Kickup
Are a fundraising platform: focused on providing awareness and support for charitable causes in the community around us, through teaching country Swing & Line dancing. All the while, building up the community, helping with personal development, & helping others create connections off and on the dance floor.
